13th November - Talk with slides by Mrs Gaskill-Brown
on Stonehouse and Mount Edgecumbe.
11th December - Christmas Social with wine and refreshments
- "Curio" Evening!
2009
22nd January - Visit to Buckfast Spinning Mill - demonstration
at 2pm. Lower Mill Street, Buckfast.
26th February - Talk on the History of Totnes by Mr
Mann.
26th March - An Illustrated Talk by Mr Keith Loze, who
is a Co-Operative Way Co-ordinator, about Plymouth and South
West Co-Operative and the purpose of setting up of the Co-Operative
Way.
23rd April - Talk by Mr Steve Humphreys who is an expert
on "Oral History".
30th May (Saturday) - Visit to Finch Foundry, Sticklepath.
Tour of Foundry 11.15am.
25th June - To be arranged - possible trip to Totnes
for a guided walk and Ghost Walk around the old streets of Totnes
with Mr B Mann - 8pm.
