resident, will give a detailed look at the surviving sites from the Bronze Age;
also exploring the ancient Tin Mining industry on Dartmoor.

John Gibson, joint owner of Thorn House,
Wembury- overlooking the banks of the River Yealm with a historical garden
created by William Arkwright - will take us back through the history of the
estate with a talk entitled “A thousand years at Thorn”
